Herman Edwards

Herman is a Certified Public Accountant and a Marshall University graduate, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in accounting and economics. He currently serves as a strategic advisor to the board of Huntley & Huntley as well as to the current management team.

In his previous role with Huntley & Huntley as CFO and Treasurer, Herman led the development and monitoring of all of the company’s business strategies. He also assisted in securing sufficient financial resources to ensure future business development and growth opportunities that are in accordance with the company’s business strategy.

Prior to joining Huntley, Herman was a tax partner with ParenteBeard LLC, a leading Mid-Atlantic public accounting firm. His prior experience includes being a founding member of the public accounting firm of Edwards, Sauer & Owens, PC and a member of Ernst & Young, an international accounting firm. Herman provided business consulting and tax services to clients in various markets, including the oil and natural gas industry. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Independent Oil & Gas Association and several Certified Public Accounting professional organizations.
