Stephen Kenney

Stephen Kenney is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer as well as a board member of Huntley & Huntley.  Mr. Kenney is responsible for all financial investment and strategic business initiatives necessary to achieve the growth objectives set forth by the current owners. Throughout his career, he has directly led the strategic analyses and valuations of $12.5 billion in acquisition or divestiture transactions.

Mr. Kenney has significant experience in developing strategic plans that require detailed financial modeling, analysis and planning to arrive at sound capital allocation and budgeting decisions. Prior to joining Huntley, Stephen Kenney was a Managing Director of Headwaters SC. Mr. Kenney supported client engagements by leveraging his experiences as both a corporate development executive with a Fortune 500 Energy company and as an investment banker. Prior to joining Headwaters, Mr. Kenney served as Vice President Strategic Planning with CONSOL Energy from 2007 to 2013.

In this position, he was responsible for all strategic initiatives, investment decisions, economic valuations, capital budgets, risk management evaluations, market analyses and petroleum reserves estimations. From 2006 to 2007, he was an investment banker with Citigroup working with teams that covered the industrial and consumer product sectors. Between 1997 and 2006, Mr. Kenney served as an Officer in the United States Navy.

Mr. Kenney completed his M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
